Leasing Forms / Disclosures and Contracts

Please pick the leasing agreement with all disclosures fill out completely then email to info@selectafee.com with the address in the subject line or fax to 708-876-3890. Complete the MLS listing input form, make sure all items that apply are either checked or circled with a description of the property. Please include what the move in fees for the building is or include the management company name and who the contact person is with number. Also include parking space and Storage #. Once received we’ll put together draft email it back for your approval. Once received we activate your listing if your handling showing your name will be on the listing for agents to contact and show other wise we’ll have the showing service number included for showings.

Photos: Send front and additional photos to photos@selectafee.com we can only accept photos that are 5 x 7 or 6 x 4 in jpeg format. If you are sending 10- 15 photos send them in 3 emails for easy transmission.
